Shipping FAQs
Q: “When will my order ship?”
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Once processed, your order will be dispatched and on its way to you.
Q: “Do you ship internationally?”
Yes, Homegend ships to over 130 countries, including the U.S., Canada, Australia, the UK, Germany, Singapore, and more. Available shipping options for your country will be displayed at checkout.
Q: “How much does shipping cost?”
For orders under $40, standard international shipping costs $4.20. Orders of $40 or more qualify for free shipping.
Q: “How long does delivery take?”
Standard international shipping typically takes 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs clearance.
Q: “Will I receive a tracking number?”
Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at any time using the link provided.
Q: “Are there any shipping restrictions?”
Homegend does not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Returns & Refunds FAQs
Q: “What is your return policy?”
Homegend offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Q: “What are the conditions for a return?”
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Q: “How do I initiate a return?”
Contact Homegend at homegend.co@gmail.com to start a return. If your return is accepted, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Q: “What items are non-returnable?”
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, or gift cards.
Q: “What if my item is damaged or incorrect?”
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact homegend.co@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Q: “How do exchanges work?”
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Q: “Do you offer refunds for EU customers?”
Yes, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Q: “When will I receive my refund?”
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
